I’m Nicole Warren—corporate HR leader turned consultant, coach, and catalyst for people-first growth.

With nearly two decades of experience in both Corporate America and the nonprofit world, I’ve built a career on one guiding belief: excellence starts within. Whether I was hiring top talent, leading leadership programs, or navigating executive-level HR strategies, one thing remained true—developing people is my calling.

My journey began as a temp at one of the top banks in the U.S. in 2005. I grew steadily for over 18 years, completing both my Bachelor’s and MBA in Business Administration, and earning my professional certifications: SHRM-CP in 2020 and SHRM-SCP in 2025.

In 2023, I stepped away from the corporate world and into a new chapter: serving as HR Director for a large nonprofit organization with a K–12 school, while also expanding J. Nicole Consulting—my business devoted to empowering professionals and teams to grow with intention.

Through career coaching, leadership development, team trainings, and organizational consulting, I help individuals and organizations lead with clarity, confidence, and character.
